本实用新型为设有免清洗尾气净化低温排放系统的防爆柴油发动机。包括相互交错的尾气净化处理系统和尾气冷却水循环系统,前者主要由排气歧管、三元催化装置、冷却器、防爆栅栏、低温净化尾气排放管组成,冷却器内设有两端分别与排气歧管、低温净化尾气排放管相通的尾气排放管;后者主要由水箱及风扇、水泵及进出水管、冷却器、三元催化装置组成,冷却器的水套设有进、出水口,进水口与水泵的出水管连接,出水口与水箱回流管连接。本实用新型最终排出的尾气,经测试,CO、NOx含量下降45%,碳颗粒含量下降90%,温度降低到70℃以下,达到“国III”的排放标准;并使尾气处理系统体积减少了60%,增大了车载有效空间,免除了每天的尾气处理箱的清洗,整个系统拆装方便,维修简单。
