光催化协同等离子体作用的一体式机动车尾气净化装置

Abstract

本发明公开了一种光催化协同等离子体作用的一体式机动车尾气净化装置,包括尾气入口混合室和尾气出口混合室,两混合室的端板相对且相互平行;数根陶瓷放电管平行装配在混合室的两个端板之间,将尾气入口混合室和尾气出口混合室连通;陶瓷放电管由陶瓷外管和陶瓷内管构成,内管套装于外管内且两管同轴,两管之间留有间隙;陶瓷管腔体表面负载二氧化钛;内外管形成电极布局。本发明结构简单、光催化作用时间长、尾气净化效果好、对起燃温度没有限制,怠速低温条件下仍具净化作用。本发明采用并联同轴套管的放电结构,气体穿过反应区的阻力小,因此对发动机背压的影响很小,从而降低了空燃比,提高了燃烧效率,可以大幅度节约燃料。
